How do you seal cracks in aquarium glass?

A single crack can be sealed by applying silicone sealant and adhering a new piece of glass over the damaged area. Ensure the patch is approximately one inch larger than the cracked area. When creating the patch, use glass that is the same thickness. Replace the glass if it has several cracks.
