What suburbs do you cover?
The whole Perth metro — from Joondalup in the north to Mandurah in the south. If you're outside that radius, get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.
How long does a custom build take?
Most builds run four to eight weeks from approved quote to install, depending on tank size, cabinetry, and equipment lead times. We'll give you a firm timeline with your quote.
Do you supply the fish and plants?
Yes — we supply everything from our own catalogue of curated freshwater fish and plants. You're welcome to choose what goes into your tank, or trust us to curate the right mix for the scape.
Do I need to be home for maintenance visits?
Not necessarily — many of our clients give us key access or a code. After each visit we send a written report with photos, water test results, and any flags so you always know what's happened.
Is the first quote really free?
Yes. We come to you, look at the space, talk through what you're after, and leave you with a written quote — at no cost and no obligation. We only charge once you've approved a quote.
