Why can't I check out directly?

Airfreight rates vary by destination and box size. Fixed checkout pricing would either overcharge most customers or lose money on far destinations. We quote each remote order accurately so you pay actual cost plus a small handling fee.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, fish arrive at your nearest airport within 2–6 hours via direct flight from Perth. We dispatch Monday or Tuesday only, so plan accordingly.

What if I can't collect within 24 hours?

You must collect within 24 hours — cargo terminals don't have aquarium-grade holding. If you can't collect, we recommend arranging a friend or family member to collect on your behalf, or holding off until you can.

Is the live arrival guarantee the same?

Our guarantee covers fish until the airport cargo terminal arrival. After you collect, the fish is in your care. If a fish is dead on arrival at the airport (verifiable by the cargo terminal staff), we'll replace or refund.

Can I pay for express courier instead of airport pickup?

For most remote WA, parcel courier (TGE/StarTrack) takes 2–4 days — too long for fish. Airfreight airport-to-airport is faster, more reliable, and ultimately cheaper for live animals.
