Aquascaping Applications

Cryptocoryne lucens is an excellent choice for foreground and midground areas where a softer, natural-looking plant is desired. Its narrow leaves create gentle movement and texture within the aquascape without becoming too dominant.

It works especially well around rocks, driftwood, and transition areas between carpeting plants and taller background species. Plant individual portions slightly apart and allow them to establish into natural-looking groups over time.

Pro Tip:
Before planting, remove the plant from the tissue culture cup and gently rinse away all of the agar gel. Divide the plant into smaller portions and plant them separately for better coverage and more even establishment.

Note:
As a living plant, Cryptocoryne lucens requires separate handling and shipping considerations. Please review our shipping policy for plant-specific delivery information.
